Harry Potter Inspired Costume

Ladies, if your Halloween costume planning has not yet begun DIY costumes are perfect for basically anyone. It doesn't matter if you're too lazy to find a costume and want something out of your closet (like me). I got you covered with this quick Harry Potter inspired look.

I got my inspiration by a print piece (see below) that I bought when I went to LeakyCon in Dallas a few months back. I love the fashion spin to it, and the message is inspiring. I had pretty much the basics in my closet, gray, dark sweater, black scooter skirt, and black heels. I added a Harry Potter scarf (such good quality), gray high-knees socks and a Hermoine’s light up wand (which I adore and can’t stop casting spells). I honestly love how the end of the wand lights up with a LED light. It’s so fun! And ta-da! An easy DIY last minute Halloween costume using everyday items in your closet.

There is a magic about you that is all your own. -D.M. Dellinger
